NCT is the advisory arm of 1788 Shteyn & Co, built on long-standing expertise across capital, real assets, and technology-driven sectors, including artificial intelligence, agriculture, finance, real estate, and trade. These fields represent not only areas of analysis but the environments in which our partners have operated for decades, shaping a practical, execution-focused advisory practice grounded in real operating experience rather than theory.

Our work centres on strategic advice and hands-on services across these domains, supporting clients in complex, time-sensitive situations as well as in structured, long-horizon initiatives. A distinctive element of our platform is dedicated market-entry support through established access frameworks for Russia, Qatar, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar, complemented by coordinated administrative and legal guidance where required, all under direct senior partner oversight.

With two decades of advisory presence and a balanced intergenerational team, we collectively bring close to a century of combined experience. The firm is guided by a five-partner leadership board, supported by an operational team and associates, and complemented by a broad pool of specialised external experts across Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe/Northern Asia, and the Middle East. Under direct partner guidance, this structure combines seasoned judgment, technical rigour, and modern analytical and AI-enabled tools, enabling precise, timely, and measured execution.

Having built NCT as an intergenerational advisory practice, we understand stewardship, succession, and long-horizon decision-making. Our teams include emerging professionals working alongside senior advisors across these regions, operating both on-site and in hybrid configurations. This globally distributed yet locally embedded model makes NCT agile, cost-efficient, and context-aware.
